We recently undertook Christy's Culture Conscious Program as a relatively new Leadership Team, and I can honestly say it was life changing for all involved. We were able to connect more strongly as a Team, breaking down barriers and forming relationships on a much deeper level. Already we are experiencing the benefits, showing a united front to the wider organisation, utlising each other's strength areas learned from the Enneagram to optimise plans, communicating openly and respecting all view points before coming to aligned decisions. A much more collaborative approach than ever before that is already being noticed by our people. I can high recommend for any team building and development work.
Christy has been such a great asset to our teams!
